Bei TI-Electronic sind wir auch Spezialisten in der Herstellung von Kernen aus nanokristallinen Materialien. Diese Materialien ermöglichen es uns, induktive Elemente herzustellen, die den ständig steigenden Anforderungen an Frequenz und Betriebstemperatur in der modernen Elektronik gerecht werden.
Nanokristalline Kerne haben eine sehr hohe Permeabilität von niedrigen bis hohen Frequenzen. Sie eignen sich sehr gut für Gleichtaktdrosseln, die als EMV-Filter verwendet werden, um leitungsgebundenes Gleichtaktrauschen zu komprimieren. Im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Ferritkernen haben nanokristalline Kerne viele Vorteile wie hohe Induktivität, gute Filterwirkung, geringe Größe und Volumen, weniger Kupferdrahtwindungen, geringeren Stromverbrauch und hohe Effizienz.
Nanokristalline Kerne sind die beste Wahl für den Einsatz als Gleichtaktdrossel.
