We are using both unleaded and traditional soldering technologies. For the PCB Assembly we have different production lines, which enable us to produce short run and mass-production with (N2) protecting gas.
We develop and bring our production lines up-to-date permanently, so we can assembly multilayer PCB and flexible PCB, even with the following component sizes: 1206, 0805, 0603, 0402, and 0201. All of our products go through visual -, optical-, and function testing, and according to the demand of our customers even through climate testing (Our testing-technology: ICT, AOI, FT.) We also have a BGA assembly and service station for the reparation of any defective PCB. Our staff of engineers creates the SMD assembly programs and carries out all necessary design tasks.
Based on Gerber Files and BOM lists of our customers, we are able to give an offer to any PCB Assembly within 3 days! We are undertaking the acquisition of the spare parts of the production, too. With our own trucks we assure flexible and fast delivery dates to our costumers.
